This policy explains how IRTH ("we", "us") handles the personal data you share on this page when you register your interest in Rove Home The Greens. We process personal data in line with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

- To contact you about Rove Home The Greens: launch details, available units, prices and invitations. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form.
- To understand which campaigns bring visitors and to improve this page, only if you accept cookies.
We do not sell your personal data.
Who receives it
Your details go directly into our customer relationship system and are seen by the IRTH sales team. We also rely on service providers who host this page and our systems, and, if you accept cookies, on measurement and advertising providers. Each one processes data on our instructions and under contract. Some of these providers may store data outside the UAE; when they do, we make sure your data keeps an adequate level of protection.
How long we keep it
We keep your registration for as long as the Rove Home The Greens sales campaign runs and up to 24 months after it ends, unless you ask us to delete it earlier.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive a copy of it. You can withdraw your consent at any time, for example by replying "stop" to any message from us or by contacting us. Withdrawing consent does not affect what was done before. Cookies
When you first visit, we ask whether you accept cookies. If you decline, no measurement or advertising cookie is set. If you accept, we use:
- Google Analytics to count visits and registrations.
- Microsoft Clarity to see, without identifying you, how visitors use the page (clicks and scrolling). Form fields are masked.
- Advertising tags from the platforms where our campaigns run, to measure which ads bring registrations.
We keep one small item in your browser to remember your choice. To change it, clear this site's data in your browser and reload the page.
Security
The page is served over an encrypted connection and the form sends your details straight to our system without storing them on the way.
